Front and back of the calendar. CMU's mascots is a Maverick. I wanted to take the idea of a bull skull and give it an abstracted geometric shape to match the rest of the calendar's design.
Each month was set up in a similar format. Due to the large amount of events that were planned to take place every month I strayed from the traditional calendar format. I organized this calendar strictly by event, date, and group, which gives the calendar a table format in order to increase text size and readability. The groups were split into four categories which were also given a shape: square, circle, hexagon, or square. At the top of each month a sort of preview was provided for some of the highlighted events from the different groups that were planned to take place during that month.
